We take security seriously. Your documents are encrypted during transit and storage. We process the information to extract dates and tasks, and then the documents are automatically deleted from our servers after processing.
SmartRemind works with any PDF document that contains dates and associated tasks or events. This includes course syllabi, project timelines, event schedules, and more. Both text-based and table-based information can be extracted. PDF's of images are currently not supported.

The default for reminders from files is one day before event occurs. You can customize each reminder's delivery time during the review process.
Yes, each subscription plan has a max reminder limit. For example, the $5/month plan includes up to 100 reminders.
Yes, you can view, edit, or delete your reminders at any time through the View My Reminders button on the upload page.

When using the new Prompt feature (beta) to talk to SmartRemind directly, be as specific as possible in descriptions of the events, activities, or tasks you want to be reminded of, and include all necessary dates and times. Also note, the prompt feature uses significantly less of your usage limit per request and 0 MB of your upload limit.
